Warranty Information

Ready to ship items

All made to order items have a 3 month warranty, within which we will help resolve any issue that may arise with the item. Bespoke items have a 6 month warranty. Our warranty is waived on international orders (outside of the UK) placed after 11 April due to shipping costs and restrictions. Please be aware of this before ordering. We DO NOT offer a warranty on these orders.

Please note, gold plated items are not covered under this warranty for any damage to the plating - gold-plated rings are not suitable for daily wear and need to be used carefully. Please visit our care guide for more information

We reserve the right to waive your warranty if you are abusive towards staff. We care about our valued employees and they will always go above and beyond to help you, please treat them with respect and kindness.

Returns Guide

Ready to ship items

We do not accept returns of resizable rings or other ready to ship items, in the interest of all customers receiving a brand new, unworn ring. Our rings are valuable and we can’t afford to discard worn rings.

If the ring sustains damage or breaks in some way, please contact us and we will be able to resolve and help you.

Made to Order Items

As items are fully made to order, we do not accept returns as the item has been made especially for you.

This includes if you purchase a ring in the wrong size, we always recommend to get your finger professionally sized and take the mm measurement to our size guide. It is integral to use the mm measurement because some jewellers use different ring sizes than us. If you do not know your ring size, we recommend you purchase the closest ring size you think you are, then you can get it independently resized elsewhere.
